Join us for a deeply restorative experience combining mindful gentle yoga - for ALL bodies - and sound healing therapy.

We’ll begin with a calming yoga practice, focused on gentle stretching and breathwork to prepare the body and mind. You're encouraged to move according to YOUR unique alignment, to take care of yourself from the inside out.

Then, you’ll be guided into a deep meditative state through Sound Medicine, featuring:

Shamanic drum

Sacred Tibetan bowls

Crystal singing bowls

Tuning forks

Chimes
